  • Explained about LLVM’s architecture and briefly explained about LLVM-IR language
  • Explained compiler optimization and how it is achieved in LLVM through passes
  • Briefly explained two simple LLVM passes
  • The first example pass collected details about branching and saved it in a dotfile, then using xdot to show the graph diagram
  • The second example pass collected details about function calls one function can call and saved it in a dotfile, then using xdot to show the graph diagram
